Helga, who is a former athlete and dancer, was trained as a steadicam operator by acclaimed steadicam veteran Jaromir Šedina, whose talented crew at Prague's Camera Team she joined in 2017.  She is extremely dedicated, with a "can-do" attitude, allowing full concentration on precise composition and camera movement, whilst also reducing the need for breaks to an absolute minimum. These qualities were quickly picked up on by colleagues internationally, leading to collaborations with rising Prague-based director Jay Walker, Virtue Media of Vienna, and further clients in Europe and Dubai, including Nike and a prestigious Netflix production.
