Helga Stock is an experienced filmmaker and trained cinematographer and has substantial experience shooting with film and TV technologies in all budget ranges, as well as on 16 and 35mm film. Her debut feature projects as director of photography are presently in preparation.
In addition to shooting her own projects, she is also a skilled camera and steadicam operator, whose credits include a major Netflix production and commercial work for Nike. Helga worked her way up through the ranks and has worked on camera crews for DPs and directors such as Janusz Kaminski, Jean-Pierre Jeunet and Joe Pytka.
Prior to her MFA Studies in Cinematography at FAMU, the Film Department of Prague's renowned Academy of Music and Arts, she spent 12 years working in the film and television industries as a camera operator, story editor and film author. Helga is based in the Czech Republic and Germany and further well-connected in London and Los Angeles.
